City Bible Church

This church was at one time an ice arena before we were asked to renovate the space. There were two separate ice rinks in this building. The owner of the building needed to keep one ice rink in operation throughout construction while deconstructing the other. This was a considerable undertaking considering the vast alteration that the building needed to undergo. Working with the building owner, architect, developer, City Bible Church and the City of Vancouver, we helped deliver an affordable renovation on time and without hidden costs.
