Centre Point Retail Center

This project was unique in that RSV was brought on board midway through the design and engineering process. The developer recognized that he needed help in leading the design and permit team, so he turned to RSV for our expertise in leading these kinds of complex projects. Not only were we able to make design recommendations that ultimately saved the client money, we also assisted the leasing agent with cost analysis and lease negotiations for initial tenants. Over time, the owner had an opportunity to sell Center Pointe Retail Center and RSV was again hired to assist in closing the sale for the owner at an extraordinarily large profit.
