One of the little-known facts about RSV is that we are the contractor that other construction industry companies turn to when they need a project built for their own use -- and this project is a great example of that. In this project, the client had very tight budget limitations. RSV was able to overcome other serious challenges, such as site work costs and structural system costs, in order to create the desired result at the guaranteed price. The project was so successful that the owners retained RSV to help them acquire and master plan additional adjoining land for future expansion.
