This property was unique because RSV brought two clients together that would otherwise have been unable to own their own business space and coordinated the construction of one large office building. RSV introduced both parties and was the key to the new building work for both clients. Eight weeks before the project was about to break ground, the financing fell through. RSV then took both clients to another bank and helped them get the financing they needed.
