Redwood Plastics

Officials at the City of Woodland informed Redwood Plastics that numerous conditions needed to be met in order to gain approval for its proposed project due to the nature of the plastics manufacturing that would be taking place. Our design/build team worked with the city and brought various design professionals to the table who were able to educate the building examiner, who in turn convinced the city that the project could be built without the need to meet all the numerous conditions. Without our expert knowledge, this project would not have been affordable.
