LifePort needed a new facility to manufacture armor plating for military vehicles. The client had recently won a government contract and needed to ramp up production immediately. Two other similar facilities across the U.S. were being built at the same time for the same purpose. RSV was the only contractor able to meet the client’s expectations on cost control and timelines.
