Gunderson Les Schwab

At the time, Gunderson Les Schwab was one of only a few franchised Les Schwab stores in existence. RSV worked closely with the Gunderson family to create a unique building that would satisfy its customers’ needs while also working closely with Les Schwab corporate headquarters to meet the company’s design standards. In addition, we created legal lots on the remaining parcels of land that Gunderson owned, which generated a significant amount of capital that would have otherwise gone unrealized.
