Debbie is considered by many of her colleagues to be a behind-the-scenes employee who is truly the “heart and soul” of the company. Debbie is responsible for managing human resources, accounting, general office administration and marketing, in addition to as-needed project work.
To Debbie, one of the biggest joys of working at RSV is the interaction she has with people. Whether it is RSV employees, subcontractors, the design team or clients, to Debbie, the people she meets and the relationships she forms are truly fulfilling. Debbie also enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with traveling and music.
